FUN Race entry: £15 per round + £15 League membership
Betteshanger - There is a carpark fee so we have reduced the entry fee by 10% for these 2 events
🎟️ Your Number Board = Your League Membership!
• Grab a number board once per season – it’s your pass to the League and every race!
• Use the same board all season (unless it goes MIA).
😱 Lost or Forgot Your Board?
No worries! Replacement boards are just £5.
🧒👦🏾 For Riders Under 16:
League membership is just £5, and you’ll get:
• Your shiny number board.
• A series medal to collect a race tag at every round!
👨🏻👩🏼🦰 For Riders 16 and Older:
Membership is £15, and includes:
• Your awesome number board.
• Access to all 10 rounds of the League!
⚠️ Important: You Must Be a League Member to Race!
Already entered an MTB East race this season? Great! You can skip the number board option when signing up for the next race. Just make sure your name matches on every entry (e.g., stick with Robert Smith – not Bobby or Rob – so we can keep track).
Join the fun, ride the trails, and be part of the League! 🚵🏿 🎉
Terms & Conditions
• A parent/guardian must click the permission button for riders under the age of 18 years old.
By entering this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
These Terms & Conditions apply to all entrants participating in Cross Country or Cross Country Eliminator or Short Track events (herein referred to as “Events”) organised by MTB East League. By purchasing an entry online or completing an entry form, every participant acknowledges their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Each participant is fully responsible for their actions at the event venue, including prior to, during, and after the event.
• Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the actions of participants under the age of 18 years.
• Each participant agrees that they are physically capable of riding the event they have chosen and do so entirely at their own risk.
• Each participant confirms that their bicycle and equipment are in good working order and agrees to wear a properly adjusted hard-shell bicycle helmet at all times while cycling at the event.
MTB East League reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with a bicycle or equipment that is unsafe or inappropriate.
• Each participant is responsible for assessing their ability to ride the marked route of the event before their race by riding a practice lap. Marking of the route does not necessarily indicate that the race route is fully rideable, and participants must decide whether to proceed on a bicycle, on foot, or not at all.
Payment of the Event Entry Fee to MTB East League does not include any insurance protection for accidents, illness, or negligence involving any individual participant. Any accident or injury caused by a rider’s actions will be the full responsibility of that rider. Participants are responsible for having their own insurance protection for their participation in the event.
• Each participant completing an online entry or entry form must be aged 18 years or over.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have their online entry or entry form completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
• Participants must provide their date of birth and are solely responsible for entering the appropriate age-related category; failure to do so may result in exclusion.
Providing false details, including date of birth, will invalidate an entry and result in exclusion from the event and any future events organised by MTB East League.
Media and Photography Consent
By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and grant MTB East League the rights to use any media captured for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify the organisers in writing prior to the event.
Code of Conduct
Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, safety, and fairness towards other participants, spectators, and event staff. Unsporting behavior, littering, or failure to follow instructions from marshals or organisers may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
Event Adjustments
MTB East League reserves the right to amend or adjust the event route, schedule, or format at any time, including on the day of the event, due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided in such cases unless the event is outright cancelled.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, participants must follow the instructions of marshals, first aid responders, or event staff. All participants must report any accidents or hazards they witness during the event to the nearest marshal or event official.
Environmental Responsibility
All participants are required to respect the environment by staying on marked trails and disposing of litter in designated bins. Intentional damage to the environment may result in disqualification and exclusion from future events.
