2026 MTB east League – Rider Information

📅 Age Categories (Age on 31 December 2025)

• U14 – born 2012–2025

• U16 – born 2010–2025

🎟️ Your Number Board = Your 2026 Membership

• Keep the same board all season

• Replacement board: £5

• U7/U9/U12 riders receive a medal with a new segment each round

❗ If you already raced this season, do NOT select a new number board

❗ Use the same name every time you enter

⏱️ Race Day Timings

08:15 – U7, U9, U12 course open

08:40 – Course closed (U7 to the start)

08:45 – U7 race start (7 min)

09:05 – U9 race start (13 min)

09:35 – U12 race start (18 min)

10:00 – Main course open for practise

10:10 – Course closed

10:30 – Female Adult Elite/S1 (1 hr + 1 lap)

10:45 – Female/Male Fun (45 min) + Female U14/U16

11:40 – Course open for practise

11:50 – Course closed

12:10 – Male S2 / Male U14/U16 (45 min + 1 lap)

13:20 – Male Adult Elite/S1 (1 hr + 1 lap)

⚠️ Important Rider Information

Before You Race

• Your bike must be in safe working order

• Helmets must be worn at all times

• Ride within your limits – you are responsible for your own safety

On the Day

• Follow marshal and event staff instructions

• Only practice on the course at designated times

• Respect other riders, spectators and the venue

• Stay on the marked course

• Do not litter

• Report accidents or hazards to a marshal immediately

💰 Refunds & Transfers

• Entries are non-refundable unless a round is fully cancelled

• If cancelled, you may transfer to another round or receive a refund

• No refunds for illness, injury, weather or personal circumstances

• Series entries are discounted and cannot be split, transferred, part-refunded or rolled over

✔️ Accuracy of Information

• Enter the correct age category

• Riders under 18 must be entered by a parent/guardian

• Incorrect or false information may result in removal from results or future events
